2 Manipuri girls have begun their journey to Kochi Prefecture, Japan ✈🇯🇵

They will be working at a luxury ryokan (traditional Japanese-style hotel).

As they start this new chapter, they are excited to experience life and work in Japan, surrounded by Kochi’s beautiful ocean 🌊

and of course, delicious fresh seafood awaits them 🐟
Once they arrive in Kochi, they are looking forward to trying

Their future now steps into a brand new stage ✨

From 0 to 31—and we’re just getting started. 🇮🇳🇯🇵

In 2024, Nagaland had zero workers placed in Kochi Prefecture, Japan.
After the MoU in July 2025, 19 candidates were selected and are already working.
By early 2026, 12 more will be deployed through ARMS, bringing the total to 31 skilled workers from Nagaland.
Looking ahead, 65 more opportunities are already in progress.

The Nagaland–Japan Connect (Kochi) was not just an event—it was a signal.

The recent visit by Hojo Kunitoshi, Deputy Director General of Commerce, Industry and Labor, along with 8 Japanese companies, further reinforced this momentum.
These companies—representing Agriculture, Food Processing, Heavy Metal, Machinery, Nursing, Electronics, and Forestry—visited to observe the workforce potential of the North East, with a strong focus on Nagaland.

Nagaland is no longer waiting for opportunity.

🌏 ARMS Incorporation Arrives in Arunachal Pradesh

ARMS has made its very first visit to Arunachal Pradesh.
With over 400 talented candidates sent to Japan from Northeast India,
ARMS proudly stands as the No.1 sending organization from the Northeast region of India.
Now, ARMS is taking another historic step forward into a new frontier.

During this visit, we met with the Government of Arunachal Pradesh and nursing schools,
sharing the opportunities of working in Japan and the future possibilities that await these young professionals.

and showed strong interest, excitement, and hope for their future in Japan.
