Today I am sharing a complete
Golgappa (Pani Puri) recipe ЁЯТЪ
For Puri:
1 cup semolina (suji)
1тАУ2 tsp oil
A pinch of salt
Water as required
For Pani:
1 cup mint leaves
┬╜ cup coriander leaves
2 green chilies
1 inch ginger
2 tbsp tamarind pulp
1 tsp jaljeera powder
1 tsp black salt
Salt to taste
3тАУ4 glasses chilled water
For Aloo Masala:
4 boiled potatoes
┬╜ cup boiled chickpeas
1 onion
1 tsp chaat masala
Salt & black salt
Lemon juice
