Now this is what we call a perfect use case of premium model.

Did you guys notice what recently did? Instead of giving exclusive benefits as a premium customer (which would be smart shuffle, in this case), they made shuffle and play in order options as premium.

Any guesses why? Because as a user/ music lover, we find a particular playlist, review the songs inside and just play that on. And this basic feature is now a premium user benefit.

Would Spotify succeed in this unique play and gain more premium customers or start losing out customers to its competitors? Share your thoughts in the comments section.

In business or personal life, communication needs to be clear and efficient.

People are busy and don't have time to read long walls of text or listen to long presentations where the key info is shared at the very end.

Use the Minto Pyramid to give your communication a top-down structure and get your message across quickly and clearly.

Lead with the conclusion, then provide key arguments and finally support them with detailed information.

What drives marketing in B2B & B2C?

B2B would be chipset manufacturers selling their products to a mobile or computer manufacturing company.

B2C would be a McDonald's selling burger to customers.

The core idea is to reach and sell products to customers but the way to approach, acquire and retain the customer differs in both setups.
