to a life-size 100 km reminder from my coach ( ) 🏅
to being down & out for a whole week 🤒
to indulging a little extra (because balance > perfection) 🍩
and finally… the only score I’m winning at lately: sleep 😴✨

Nutritionist note to self (and you):
Fuel well. Rest hard. Laugh through the messy weeks.
Health isn’t a straight line — it’s a carousel 🎠

🙌🏻While it’s easy to celebrate the finish line, it’s equally important to share the runs that test you — the ones where you question yourself just to show up.😅

planned a 60 km training run, but at 40 km, a sudden thigh pain forced me to stop. Mentally I wanted to keep going, but physically… my body said no. Honestly, it stung more than I expected — especially being so close to the big event

My coach just said, “The weather was brutal. It’s okay.
The following weekend, we went back — another 60 km — with teammates encouraging every step, even when fueling didn’t go perfectly (nutritionist irony 😅).

— 60 km done 🙌🏻 restored the confidence I had lost the week before.
It reminded me that training isn’t just about mileage; it’s about mindset, support, and showing up for yourself, every single day.
