The aim of setting up a mental health club is to engage the students in activities related to mental health, to provide counseling sessions to the students and staff as required for their social and personal issues, to focus on the holistic development of the students and help them maximize their potential, and to work in collaboration with the faculty for the welfare of the students. Happy Inside Tip #3: Nourish Your Body for a Healthier Mind!
Eating a balanced and nutritious diet is essential for maintaining good physical and mental health. When you nourish your body with healthy food and stay hydrated, you provide it with the energy and nutrients it needs to function optimally. This, in turn, can help improve your mood, reduce stress levels, and boost your overall mental well-being.
Make sure you eat regular, balanced meals that include plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water and avoiding sugary drinks. We are here with our second mental health tip, which is to exercise regularly!
A healthy body leads to a healthy mind, and exercise is one of the best ways to take care of both. Regular exercise releases endorphins, the natural mood-boosting chemicals in the brain, and reduces stress hormones like cortisol. It can also help improve your self-esteem, increase your energy levels, and promote better sleep.
Whether you prefer a solo yoga session, a brisk walk outdoors, or a high-intensity gym workout, make sure you make exercise a regular part of your routine. Aim for at least 30 minutes of physical activity each day to reap the mental health benefits. Remember, taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your body!

Self-care means taking the time to do things that help you live well and improve both your physical and mental health.
When it comes to your mental health, self-care can help you manage stress, lower your risk of illness, and increase your energy. Even small acts of self-care in your daily life can have a big impact.
As part of our new campaign, "Happy Inside," we will provide self-care tips. This suggests that taking care of one's mental health can lead to greater happiness and contentment in life.
The first tip we will offer is to practice gratitude. Remind yourself daily of what you are grateful for. Be specific. Write them down at night, or replay them in your mind. Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships.
