1 कोई भी खाली पेट न रहे
2 उपवास न करें
3 रोज एक घंटे सुबह सुबह धूप लें
4 AC का प्रयोग न करें या सीमित करे
5गरम पानी पिएं, गले को गीला रखें
6 सरसों का तेल नाक में लगाएं
7 घर में कपूर वह गूगल जलाएं
आप सुरक्षित रहे । घर पर रहे i
8.* आधा चम्मच सोंठ हर सब्जी में पकते हुए डालें..
9. रात को दही,छाछ ना खायें, न पिए
10. बच्चों को और खुद भी रात को एक एक कप हल्दी डाल कर दूध पिएं
11. हो सके तो एक चम्मच चवनप्राश खाएं
12. घर में कपूर और लौंग डाल कर धूनी दें
13 सुबह की चाय में एक लौंग डाल कर पिएं
14 फल में सिर्फ संतरा ज्यादा से ज्यादा खाएं
15 आंवला किसी भी रूप में चाहे अचार , मुरब्बा,चूर्ण इत्यादि खाएं।
