BACK WORKOUT ⬇️
1️⃣ Bent-over row
2️⃣ Close grip pull ups
3️⃣ Single arm dumbbell row
4️⃣ Lat pulldown
5️⃣ Seated row
6️⃣ Wide grip pull ups

▫️Recommended: 4 sets, 10-12 reps per exercise.
▫️Rest time: 45-60 seconds between sets, 2-4 minutes between exercise.
