A cat that scientists had never officially identified has just been recognized as a new species! 🐆

In Bolivia’s Yungas cloud forest, a small wild cat was initially mistaken for a stray. But genetic testing revealed something extraordinary—the cat represents a distinct evolutionary lineage that separated from other tiger cats around 1.4 million years ago.

Local Indigenous communities already knew this animal as the Tilcayo, and scientists have now formally named it Leopardus tilcayo, or the Tilcayo tiger cat.

Only a tiny number of individuals have been documented so far, and scientists still don't know how large its population is.

A species hidden in the forests for millions of years—and only now officially recognized.

Modi Ji’s birthday—and a very unexpected “gift” from America. 🇮🇳🇺🇸

The U.S. Congress has passed a Russia sanctions bill that gives President Donald Trump the discretion to impose tariffs of up to 100% on major buyers of Russian oil and gas, potentially including India.

But 100% tariffs have NOT automatically been imposed on India. The next question is whether and how the Trump administration will use this authority.

India has reiterated that energy security for 1.4 billion people remains a priority and has said it will take steps to protect its trade and economic interests.

With the U.S. midterm elections approaching, the Russia-Ukraine war, energy prices and inflation are also important issues in American politics.

Will Trump actually impose 100% tariffs on India—or is this mainly a tool to pressure countries buying Russian energy?

Did world leaders really fall sick after returning from the BRICS Summit in India?

Social media has been flooded with claims about the health of Xi Jinping and other BRICS leaders after the New Delhi summit.

But the reality is more complicated. India’s MEA flagged some of the viral claims as fake or misleading. A viral video involving Xi Jinping was also interpreted out of context, with later footage suggesting an earpiece-related issue rather than evidence of a stroke or serious illness.

South African President Cyril Ramaphosa’s illness was confirmed, but his office did not link it to India or the BRICS Summit.

So, how much of the viral BRICS health controversy is actually true?
