White hat hacker exploits Hashflow for ~ $605K
Hashflow, a decentralized exchange aggregator, was hacked on June 14, 2023. The hacker exploited a vulnerability in Hashflow's smart contracts to steal over $605,000 worth of cryptocurrency across five different chains.

In the “safeTransferFrom” function, the second parameter was “_to”, which the attacker invoked to transfer the token of the contract approver to the pool and performed a swap.
The contract was later patched (https://bit.ly/3MIlHly) by adding a safety check.
