Payal is just 14 years old a cheerful and normal child but unfortunately she is having a weak heart from the birth ( congenital heart disease ) which resultants in struggling for her daily normal life. She is undergoing treatment for her medical condition and once lively life is now full of hospital rounds, testing and remedies. Payal belongs to the lowest socioeconomic strata of our society and her parents are labourers who themselves are struggling to earn their livings to survive so in these circumstances it’s nearly impossible for them to arange enough funds to treat their precious daughter. These unfortunate parents are forced to see their child to slow death in absence of proper and timely treatment. Her line of treatment includes proper diagnosis, costly tests and medicines along with life saving surgery and after surgery a long protracted follow up. Your donation can provide life saving health care for Payal which she needs on emergency basis.
