mass is called tumor(such as fluid collection, fatty tumor etc..), so this is a tumor indeed but not "cancer", left side shows air fluid level which indicates a hydatid cyst, the costophrenic angle is clear so there is no obvious effusion, on the left is air fluid level which is due to hydatid cyst.
