The brief was to design a 3 BHK Bungalow on a 625 Sq.ft. plot. The site is paced on a densely packed street with a 6m wide road on the front end, a temple on one side and buildings on other 2 sides, slotted without any side margins.

The major challenge was to maximize natural light and ventilation within these tight constraints. To achieve this, we have stacked the core, passages and toilets on the rear end, and the habitable rooms towards the road.

The facade is highlighted by very modern and minimalistic elements in contrast with the adjacent temple.

House 18

Location: Ravet, PCMC, Pune
Type: 5BHK Residential Bungalow

The brief was to design a modern, plush, and luxurious home that balances practicality with timeless sophistication.

At the heart of House 18 lies the idea of celebrating the beauty of natural materials through a design approach that is minimal, functional, and serene. The material palette — marble, natural veneers, and aluminium paneling — forms the backbone of the design, creating a sense of refined warmth and continuity.

Spatially, the home feels open yet private. Glass partitions framed in sleek aluminium profiles divide spaces where privacy isn’t essential, allowing natural light to travel freely and enhancing the volumetric experience of the interiors.

Each of the four bedrooms is designed around a distinct theme, reflecting the personality and lifestyle of its user while maintaining the overall design language of the home. Every bedroom features a walk-in wardrobe and an attached bathing area, designed as wellness-driven sanctuaries that bring a touch of resort-like calm into everyday living.

All loose furniture and décor elements were carefully sourced from China, ensuring a cohesive visual identity and premium quality across the spaces.

To preserve the minimalist aesthetic, the entire home is centrally air-conditioned, with concealed ceiling vents ensuring comfort without visual clutter.

The result is a home that embodies modern luxury through restraint — where thoughtful detailing, natural materials, and curated furniture come together to create an elevated, tranquil living experience.
