Dua for our parents

رَّبِّ ارْحَمْهُمَا كَمَا رَبَّيَانِي صَغِيرًا

Transliteration:Rabbi irhamhuma k**a rabbayani sagheera

Meaning:My Lord, have mercy upon them (parents) as they brought me up [when i was] small.

Surah Al-Ikhlas 112, Al Quran

قُلْ هُوَ اللهُ أَحَدٌ ۞ اللهُ الصَّمَدُ ۞ لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ ۞ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ

Transliteration:Bismillaahir-Rahmaanir-Raheem. Qul Huwallaahu 'Ahad. Allaahus-Samad. Lam yalid wa lam yoolad. Wa lam yakun lahu kufuwan 'ahad

Meaning:He is Allah (the) One. The Self-Sufficient Master, Whom all creatures need, He begets not nor was He begotten, and there is none equal to Him.

Remarks & Reference:

Recite once after Zhohur, Asr and Isha prayers. Recite thrice after fajr & maghrib prayers.

When you sneeze

الْحَمْـدُ للهِ يَرْحَمُـكَ الله يَهْـديكُـمُ اللهُ وَيُصْـلِحُ بالَـكُم

Transliteration:Alhamdhu lillaah Yarhamukallaah Yahdeekumul-laahu wa yuslihu baalakum

Meaning:All praises and thanks are to Allah May Allah have mercy upon you May Allah guide you and set your affairs in order

Remarks & Reference:

When you sneeze, say Alhamdhu lillah Your companion will say: Yarhamukallaah Your reply: Yahdeekumul-laahu wa yuslihu baalakum

Entering the mosque

اللَّهُمَّ افْتَحْ لِي أَبْوَابَ رَحْمَتِكَ

Transliteration:Allaahum-maftah lee 'abwaaba rahmatika

Meaning:O Allah, open before me the doors of Your mercy.
