Lean is for everyone. minimises cost & maximises value for the customers & all stakeholders. We need the RIGHT strategy to ensure proper implementation of Lean practices in order to sustain and get absolute benefits.

A PILOT will provide a suitable environment to reap the low hanging fruits of practicing Lean, where as a VALIDATION phase will reemphasize the structured way of implementing Lean by ‘Eliminate the luck factor’ and take organizations a step closer to INSTITUTIONALIZE the practices.

It’s difficult to achieve Time, Cost and Quality parameters together in projects! The way we plan, assign works and deploy resources are causing underutilization, overburden, unevenness and also workflow getting affected frequently. To manage the situation, we focus transactional aspects and deploy professionals with specific target to control, time, cost and quality but they have to fight each other to protect their KPI/ KRA.
