The most requested recipe in my cooking class is how to make homemade ghee from unsalted butter. Today, I finally made a video of the process!
Today's quantity was 1 kg (1000 g) of unsalted butter.

The only important point I missed mentioning in the video is that the entire process should be done on a medium-low to low flame, depending on the type of stove you are using.
Keeping the flame on low is always the safest option, as it helps the butter cook gently and develop the beautiful aroma and flavour of traditional ghee without burning.

For 1 kg of unsalted butter, the cooking time is approximately 25–30 minutes, though it may vary slightly depending on the type of stove and the intensity of the flame used.

Day 3 with Sadhana ❤️

Sadhana is now very comfortable with me and is able to handle the kitchen gadgets with confidence. During the first three classes, I let her choose her favorite recipes so that she would enjoy the learning process while gradually building her confidence in the kitchen.

Today was especially memorable. At the end of the class, she sang "Kannammoochi Yenada", filling the room with joy and making the session even more special.

After a short break, we will begin our next round of sessions together. I am looking forward to seeing her continue this wonderful cooking journey with even more enthusiasm and confidence.

With the blessings of Goddess Annapoorneswari, I started this cooking journey, and I feel truly blessed to share my knowledge and passion for food with so many people around the world. The greatest blessing I count is the opportunity to teach each person their favourite recipes and become a small part of their culinary journey.

Today, I bow down in gratitude to the Goddess and to the thousands of friends, relatives, and well-wishers who have been my strength. I am especially thankful to my mother-in-law, my mother, my husband, my daughter and son-in-law, and my niece, who have contributed in their own ways to perfecting and enhancing the taste of every recipe.

Cooking has always been my passion, but I never imagined that this passion would bring me such immense love, encouragement, and a wonderful support system from everyone who attended my classes.

My heart is filled with gratitude. 🙏
Today's recipe is Biriyani , Sahana's favourite choice.

A beautiful young mom, Lavanya, wanted to learn authentic Andhra cuisine to prepare traditional dishes for her husband and family. She approached me with so much trust, and I was truly touched by the confidence she placed in me.
It makes me very happy to see young women today taking the initiative to learn cooking and preserve the taste of authentic, home-cooked food.
On this occasion, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all those wonderful moms at AP Paper Mill (1989), who welcomed me into their kitchens and generously shared their original Andhra recipes with me. The knowledge, love, and traditions they passed on continue to live through every class I teach today.

Another beautiful day spent with lovely ladies in my kitchen, learning and cooking their favourite recipes together.
Summer is no barrier when passion fills the kitchen.
I consciously make use of gas, induction, and electrical appliances to maintain a comfortable and enjoyable environment for my guests.

Gratitude is the only word I can say to all those who continue to support me, encourage me, and make this beautiful journey possible.

Every smile, every shared meal, and every happy moment reminds me why I love doing what I do.
