What a week it's been! Last weekend, I had the incredible opportunity to photograph the Chennai Street Race, and let me tell you, it was a spectacle of speed, skill, and sheer adrenaline!

10 Years of Capturing Love, Laughter & Emotions

A decade has flown by since I first picked up my camera to document human moments. 

I fell in love with the idea of freezing a moment and having that live on forever. It feels like just yesterday I was nervously snapping my first wedding photos, and now, ten years later, the same nervousness remains before every single shoot. These are good nerves. These nerves let their presence be known because they're very aware that you guys have trusted me to document your most special days. It's a moment you'll see and reminisce 40 years later too. I better be nervous to get it right :)

Every wedding, spontaneous laugh, heartfelt tear, wholesome hug have all been unique little adventures that I’ve felt honoured to be a part of and capture. I get to witness people be at their most vulnerable and also experience the peak of their joy. I'm not talking just about the bride and the groom. It's also the parents, the friends, cousins, aunts, paatis and neighbours. The unconditional love and positive energy that fills up any wedding hall is the reason I do what I do. I get to be a genuine part of so many families through my journey and for that, I thank you all. It's because of you that I get to call my passion my job and the reason I get a nice dose of joyful recharge in my life. 

I can't wait to see what the next 10 years has in store for me. Here's to all the people who have supported me these past TEN years and for years to come :)

Amazing light design:

Kimaya wanted a pink themed party and a big pink cake filled with candy and a giant lollipop topper. Ofcourse her amma ideated this for days and delivered in style! It was such a beautiful (and yummy) cake and I personally can't wait to see all the beautiful cakes that creates for her most special customer every year!
The cutest part was that Kimaya was shocked when she saw the cake first, almost as if she had forgotten what she had asked for but was just stunned looking at this thing of beauty that she was given full permission to devour.
She suddenly remembered that this was her birthday cake and it was made specially for her and squealed yaaaay and pounced on her amma to give her a thank you hug. What a cute cute moment.
