We are happy to announce that our team "Eye In The Sky" has won the runner up prize for YAH 2K18 hackathon conducted at ascendas IT park on 18th August worth Rs 10,000 for their idea of using Drones For Disaster Management.
Congratulations to Ayush,Rajat and Pranav.

Team from CVI bags runners-up in YAH! 2k18 Our participation in YAH! 2018

Winning a hackathon is sweet enough, but even more so when you do it a day before end semesters. Congratulations to the team from CVI group that won the Chennai edition of Hack2Innovate organised by T-Hub, Lokesh Kumar, Nikhil Krishna, Siddharth Ramesh and Varun. The winning team presented a Deep Learning approach to hand gesture recognition and were adjudged based on their accuracy and robustness of the model.
Hack2innovate is a Computer vision and Deep Learning hackathon presented by NVIDIA, Samsung and Microsoft, in association with NITI Aayog held across seven cities in India. The winners of the regional round shall go on to pitch their innovation at T-Hub, Telengana
