“Can you see the change in me?”
Yes. Change is visible.
But not every change is growth.

Sometimes, change comes from clarity.
But often, it comes from comfort.
Avoiding discomfort.
Escaping pressure.
Protecting self-image.
It looks like change.

But it is movement towards ease, not progress.
I have seen this closely.

A mentee running a small business was facing challenges.

Solutions were discussed.
Direction was clear.
But he took it personally.

Instead of acting on clarity, he shifted his approach to feel better.

From outside, it looked like change.
Inside, it was avoidance.

Real change challenges you.
Comfort change protects you.
And the difference is not always visible
unless you look deeper.

Change can be real.
Growth is always uncomfortable.

Leadership Fails in Silence Before It Fails in Public

Misalignment is visible.
Ego is visible.

But the real breakdown begins quietly.
It begins when leaders start thinking -
yet those thoughts are neither expressed nor reflected in action.

What becomes visible instead?

Silence.Subtle behavioral shifts.
Growing resistance.
Certainty becomes permanent.
Not loud. Not dramatic.
Just internal closure.

And once the mind closes, leadership starts shrinking — even if authority remains.

Leadership does not collapse because of others.

It collapses when reflection stops.

Many Professional Relationship Problems Are Actually Decision Problems

Most people call it adjustment.
But often it is decision avoidance.
Staying without clarity.

Continuing without direction.
Expecting change without conversation.
Over time, confusion grows.

Then disappointment follows.
Many relationships don’t struggle because of lack of care.

They struggle because important decisions are postponed.
Silence replaces clarity.
Adjustment replaces honesty.
And slowly, people start carrying questions they were afraid to face earlier.

Clarity changes decisions.

Spend Time on the Right People… But Who Are the Right People?

We spend time on people we believe are worth it.

We guide them, support them, and try to help them grow.

Some take it and move on without the gratitude.
Some take it, grow from it, and spread the goodness further.

Later we may wonder, “Did I spend my time on the wrong people?”

But the truth is - no one can predict people’s intentions.

They change with time, situations, and priorities.

So instead of regretting, it is better to remember one thing:

If we genuinely tried to help someone grow,there is nothing to feel guilty about.

Because in the end, the real value lies in the goodness we chose to give.

Instead of thinking from the beginning who is right people, think what is right to do and good to do.
