In today’s Life By Design session, Sunny Kaila challenged us to rethink failure.

Too often, we view setbacks as signs that something has gone wrong. They are often the moments that teach us the most.

Sunny reminded us that breakthroughs rarely come from the moments when everything goes right.

They come from the moments that challenge us.

The conversation explored how failure, when embraced as a lesson rather than feared as an outcome, builds resilience, strengthens character, and often becomes the catalyst for our greatest growth.

In today's Life By Design session, Sunny Kaila made one thing clear: 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻'𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁.

𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆'𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻.

We design our goals, strategies, and business operations with intention. Yet the relationships that support all of it are often left to chance.

𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗻𝘆 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲:

• Listen with the intent to understand, not simply to reply.
• Invest in others before measuring the return.
• Build trust through consistent presence in everyday interactions, not just pivotal moments.

He closed with a challenge: identify the five most important relationships in your life: both at work and at home. Ask yourself which one needs attention. Then make a deliberate investment this week.

As automation takes over more of the functional work, trust remains one advantage that cannot be replicated.
Your relationships are your edge.

In today’s Life by Design session, Ankur tackled one of the biggest challenges in today’s AI-first workplace: being constantly busy without creating meaningful impact.

Building on The Outcome Advantage, the session focused on a powerful truth: outcomes move the business forward, while activity simply fills the day. In a world overloaded with meetings, notifications, and competing priorities, focus has become a true competitive advantage.

Ankur introduced three filters leaders should apply before every task:
→ The Outcome Test
→ The Ownership Test
→ The Payoff Test

One of the strongest takeaways was to block your week around your highest-payoff work first and give those priorities the best version of your energy.

“When everything is a priority, nothing is.”

And as the session reminded us, focus is not a personality trait. It is a daily system.
