Job Description:
Demonstrate leadership both Technically and Management!

ARE YOU THE ONE?
Maintain the highest standard of quality in PHP, Laravel, Wordpress, Code Igniter, Angular.js, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, JQUERY, MongoDB, and Bootstrap with experience of 3 years to 6 years.

RANT AND RAVE
- Design, code and test technical solutions while seeking optimal performance and structuring.
- Demonstrate drive, determination, enthusiasm, and an ability to work effectively as a member and leader of a team
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clients.
- Ensure team members understand customer needs and deliver the expected project delivery.
- Monitor and report on progress towards achievement of plans and strategies.
- Foster a customer satisfaction with the brand sense working environment, with responsibilities and expectations for team members.
- Monitor team performance and conduct regular appraisal.
- Establish and maintain active and constructive relationships with other teams in the organization.
- Proactively seek opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies. Follow and enhance existing development processes.
