Case with periapical defect wrt lower central incisors. Both the teeth were found to have 2 canals. RC treated, followed by periapical curettage, apicectomy and retrofill. Bone graft placed.

Discolored incisor with history of trauma, Single visit apexification done using MTA followed by walking bleach, restored with e-max crown.
