Fantacode Annual Kick-off 2026 began in Da Nang, Vietnam.

After a long travel day, the team still showed up with energy, attention, and ownership for a session focused on what comes next for Fantacode.

This year, our theme is clear:

Gratitude. Hunger. High Agency.

Gratitude for the journey so far.
Hunger for the milestones ahead.
High Agency to keep finding a way, even when the path is not easy.

The session was a reminder of the kind of company we are building and the kind of team it takes to build it.

14+ hours on the road will humble anyone.

Two teams. 27 of us. Tired faces, heavy bags, low battery — but Da Nang had other plans.

The city gave us the reset.
Muhaymin’s Kick-Off session gave us the direction.

And just like that, Day 1 became more than a travel day.
It became the tone-setter for the year ahead.

For Fantacode, this year is about three things:

Gratitude — for how far we’ve come.
Hunger — for how much further we can go.
