Orchard House is a 2893 sq. ft residence project situated at Koleri, Wayanad. Plotted in the heart of a one-acred serene woods with an exquisite view of greenery. Designed based on Vastu to Cardinal directions. Orchard House is a perfect blend of tropical architecture with a touch of contemporary art. The architectural components' colors and textures give contrast and fresh vitality to the space.

Elegant grey tones, exposed concrete textures, and laterite brick cladding adorn the palette. Light and shadow play during the day adds to the tranquility and coziness of the space creating a comfortable environment for the family to grow.
