One of the most unforgettable moments of the event was when a 90-year-old gentleman not only attended but actively participated in every single moment, filling the occasion with an energy that made it truly special.

You know, life has two stages where innocence shines the brightest—childhood and old age. Childhood brings curiosity, while old age brings wisdom, stories, and the richness of a lived journey. This remarkable man embodied that spirit. He completed his LLB back in 1960, yet chose to surrender himself selflessly to social work—so much so that even his family sometimes complained he hardly had time for them.

What touched me most was his wooden craft—an ancient art he continues to practice, keeping the tradition alive. This craft is deeply rooted in nature and humanity, as it uses only dried or fallen parts of plants—never harming a living tree. It is like seeing divinity in the lifeless, a reflection of Sanatan Dharma itself, which teaches that God resides in everything—living or non-living.

And then came the moment that melted my heart. Despite never gifting his handmade wooden creations even to his closest grandchildren, he chose to gift one to me. As he placed it in my hand, he leaned in and softly whispered that he wanted me to have it.

This post is dedicated to him—a man of wisdom, tradition, and humility—knowing well that he may never read these words, but his gesture will forever stay alive in my heart.

I am not living a life designed by others' expectations. I am writing mine — raw, real, and evolving. I’m not concerned with who doubts me or who walks away. What matters is the direction I'm headed and the purpose behind each step.

I no longer believe in a pre-written destiny. I believe we write our own — every choice, every thought, every act of courage is a pen stroke. Yes, some parts of life are tougher, not because of fate, but because of the limited mindsets of those closest to us — unable to see what we see, feel what we feel.

India is a land of immense spiritual wealth and ancient wisdom, yet today, many Indians are trapped in poverty of thought — even when they're rich in money. Being “settled” shouldn't mean conforming; it should mean exploring — discovering the self, not losing it.

Be real. Be aware. Be free.
