એરપોર્ટ શટલ ૧૦૦૦ઃ કર્ણાવતી કલબથી એરપોર્ટ સુધીની એસી બસ શરૂ થશે!

અમદાવાદ: અમદાવાદ મ્યુનિસિપલ કોર્પોરેશનના સત્તાવાળાઓ દ્વારા આગામી તા.ર૪ જૂનથી એસજી હાઇવે પરની કર્ણાવતી કલબથી છેક એરપોર્ટ સુધી એટલે કે કુલ રર.૭ કિ.મી. સુધીના રૂટ પર એસી બસની શટલ સર્વિસ શરૂ કરાશે. તંત્ર દ્વારા શરૂ થનારી આ શટલ સર્વિસને એરપોર્ટ શટલ સર્વિસ રૂટ નં.૧૦૦૦ નામ અપાયું છે. જેમાં ઉતારુ છેક કર્ણાવતી કલબથી એરપોર્ટ સુધી માત્ર રૂ.પ૦માં મુસાફરી કરી શકશે. દેશભરમાં સૌપ્રથમ વખત એરપોર્ટને સાંકળતી શહેરી બસ સર્વિસ અમદાવાદ કોર્પોરેશન દ્વારા શરૂ કરાનાર છે.

સવારના ૪-૦૦ વાગ્યાથી રાતના ૧૦-૪પ સુધી ઉતારુઓને દર અડધા કલાકે એસી બસ મળશે. પ્રારંભમાં આ રૂટ પર પાંચ બસ મુકાશે. ત્યાર બાદ વધુ એક બસ મૂકીને કુલ છ બસ રૂટ પર દોડશે તેમ જણાવતાં અમદાવાદ મ્યુનિસિપલ કોર્પોરેશનના ડેપ્યુટી મ્યુનિસિપલ કમિશનર આર્જવ શાહ વધુમાં કહે છે, “જનમાર્ગની બસમાં વધુ ૧.રપ લાખનો ખર્ચ કરીને તેને વધુ ઉતારુલક્ષી બનાવાઇ છે.”

આ એસી બસમાં ઉતારુઓને વાઇફાઇની સુવિધા મળશે. આરામદાયક કુશનની બેઠક ધરાવતી બસમાં ર૮ ઉતારુઓ બેસી શકશે જ્યારે ૩૬ ઉતારુઓ ઊભા રહી શકશે. બસમાં ઉતારુઓના લગેજને મૂકવાના ૪૦ કમ્પાર્ટમેન્ટની પણ વિશેષ વ્યવસ્થા કરાઇ છે. ખાસ તો બસમાં મુકાયેલા એલઇડી ટીવીમાં એરપોર્ટ પર આવતી કે જતી તમામ ફલાઇટની પૂર્ણ માહિતી અપાશે. જે કંપનીને એરપોર્ટ ઉપર આવી માહિતી આપવાની કામગીરી સોંપાઇ છે તે જ કંપની સાથે કોર્પોરેશને ‘ટાઇઅપ’ કર્યું હોઇ બસના ઉતારુઓને એરપોર્ટ પરના વિમાનના આવાગમન સંબંધી સચોટ માહિતી તત્કાળ ઉપલબ્ધ થશે તેમ પણ ડેપ્યુટી મ્યુનિસિપલ કમિશનર આર્જવ શાહ વધુમાં કહે છે.

એરપોર્ટ શટલથી મુસાફરી કરનારા ઉતારુઓને દસ કિ.મી. સુધી રૂ.૩૦નું ભાડું અને ત્યાર બાદ રૂ.પ૦નું ભાડું ચૂકવવું પડશે. બસમાં કન્ડકટર જ ખાસ પ્રકારના હેન્ડલ ટિકિટિંગ મશીનથી ઉતારુઓ પાસેથી ભાડું લેશે. ઉતારુ ‘જનમિત્ર’ કાર્ડથી પણ ભાડું ચૂકવી શકશે. ડ્રાઇવર અને કન્ડકટર હળવા વાદળી રંગનું શર્ટ અને ઘેરા વાદળી રંગના પેન્ટનો યુનિફોર્મ પહેરીને ફરજ બજાવશે.
