INIFD is in Baroda since last 14 years but started this new Hi-tech campus in June 2010 and it has reached to the peak of success and appreciation.Here in Baroda centre all possible Hi-Tech devices are used for imparting Fashion and Interior classes. Use of Interactive Board giving real time understanding of concepts of Fashion and Interior, use of INIFD very own special DESIGN PAD with LCD TV, along with projectors. Various Field trips and technical visits are being carried out during tenure of student study according to academic courses. Special attention is paid towards the use of English and local Language. INIFD Baroda students have made their mark in India's biggest fashion event "Lakme Fashion Week" with the efforts of staff and students. INIFD Baroda has declared as center with par excellence in the year of 2011 and now its awarded as a premium centre. Mrs Kamaldeep Sondhi, Director of the INIFD BARODA Centre is a dynamic leader, MA, B. Ed, from Maharaja Sayajirao University; Baroda has now taken upon herself the task of steering the progress of the INIFD BARODA Centre even further. She has to her credit a sound technical teaching background and experience that she gained during ten years of her working in the education field. Mrs. Sondhi has contributed to organisations that she has worked with, with path-breaking strategies and solutions. Mrs.Sondhi has teaching experience in GSEB & CBSE Higher Secondary School.
