⚠️ भीषण गर्मी एवं लू से बचाव हेतु आवश्यक सावधानियाँ ☀️🔥
प्रदेश में पड़ रही अत्यधिक गर्मी एवं लू को देखते हुए सभी से अनुरोध है कि अपनी एवं अपने परिवार की सुरक्षा हेतु निम्न सावधानियाँ अवश्य अपनाएँ:
✅ पर्याप्त मात्रा में पानी पिएँ एवं शरीर को हाइड्रेट रखें
✅ दोपहर 12 बजे से शाम 4 बजे तक अनावश्यक रूप से बाहर निकलने से बचें
✅ हल्के रंग के सूती एवं ढीले कपड़े पहनें
✅ बाहर निकलते समय छाता, टोपी, गमछा एवं धूप का चश्मा प्रयोग करें
✅ अधिक मेहनत वाले कार्य तेज धूप में करने से बचें
✅ ORS, नींबू पानी, छाछ, नारियल पानी आदि का सेवन करें
✅ बच्चों, बुजुर्गों एवं बीमार व्यक्तियों का विशेष ध्यान रखें
✅ किसी भी व्यक्ति या पशु को बंद वाहन में न छोड़ें
✅ ताजा एवं हल्का भोजन करें, अधिक तेल-मसाले एवं शराब/कैफीन से बचें

तेज बुखार, चक्कर आना, सिरदर्द, उल्टी, बेहोशी, अत्यधिक कमजोरी या घबराहट होने पर तुरंत चिकित्सकीय सहायता लें।
