You can withdraw cash through face authentication at CSC centers. This service is part of the Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AEPS).

1. Visit your nearest CSC center
2. Provide your Aadhaar number
3. Authenticate the transaction using face recognition or fingerprint biometric authentication.
4. Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
5. Receive cash from the CSC VLE

While you are conducting an extensive drive for physical verification of CSC IDs, please ensure that each CSC is physically verified only after confirming proper and visible official CSC branding at the centre, along with valid police verification of the centre/VLE.

This exercise should also be used as an opportunity to clearly communicate to all VLEs that proper CSC branding and police verification are mandatory requirements.

The approved branding designs are already available on the CSC Janjari Portal. Kindly ensure that this drive is effectively utilised to achieve complete compliance of branding and police verification across all CSCs at every level.
