🧘‍♀️ Happy International Yoga Day! 🌿

As we celebrate the power of mindfulness, movement, and well-being, we took a moment to pause and reconnect through a Virtual Desk Yoga Session organized by our Inclusion Team on June 18.🧘

Led by trainer Siddhi Pareek Soni, the session introduced participants to simple stretches, breathing techniques, meditation, and mindful movements that can be practiced right from the workplace. The session highlighted an important message - wellness doesn't always require setting aside dedicated hours, even a few mindful moments at your desk can help improve focus, reduce stress, and support overall well-being.✨

It was wonderful to see colleagues come together, stretch, breathe, and recharge amidst their busy schedules. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined and made the session an energizing and enriching experience. 💙

Here's to carrying the spirit of yoga beyond a single day and making well-being a part of our everyday lives.

Over the past few weeks, our Power Hours sessions brought together professionals across all BDO RISE locations for meaningful and engaging conversations with our leaders - Vishnu Patwari, Vikash Pipara, Jiger Saiya, and Sudeep S.

Designed as informal coffee connects, these sessions created a space where colleagues could interact with leadership beyond the boundaries of titles and roles. From career journeys and leadership insights to personal experiences, aspirations, and life lessons, the discussions were candid, inspiring, and authentic 💻

The sessions encouraged open dialogue, thoughtful questions, and genuine connections, reinforcing our belief that great workplaces are built on trust, accessibility, and shared experiences. It was inspiring to see professionals across teams engage in conversations that not only fostered learning but also strengthened our culture of collaboration and belonging 🤝

Here's to many more opportunities to learn from one another, build stronger relationships, and continue growing together.

What makes this journey truly special is the growing spirit of volunteerism across our teams. From Thrive Day to Joy of Giving and several grassroots initiatives, our professionals continue to turn empathy into action. This report captures the stories, collaborations, and collective efforts that are helping us build a more inclusive, sustainable, and responsible future.🤝

Celebrating International HR Day!✨

At our organization, People & Culture is more than a function - it’s the team behind the conversations, connections, celebrations, support systems, and everyday moments that shape the workplace experience.🤝

This HR Day, we went beyond the usual and asked few of our P&C professionals some fun, honest, and thought-provoking questions - from describing their role in three words and sharing memorable work moments, to talking about misconceptions people often have about P&C, the most rewarding part of working with people, their hidden talents to the lessons this role has taught them beyond work.💬
