Come see the journey of what grows on the vine and finds its way to the plate.
Grown with patience, handled with care, and shaped through the hands of the kitchen.

Mango season is one we return to each year.
Last year, the harvest came as we had hoped. Fruit from our own farm, picked at its peak, finding its way into the menu in ways that feel close to what we do here.
This year was different. A hailstorm passed through before the crop had a chance.
It is a reminder of what the land can offer, and what it can take away.
Something every farmer works with, season after season.
Some things remain beyond us.
You learn to work around it, and to wait.
