This year’s resolution is to make a new dish every week, something I’ve never tried before. Here’s the first one from the kitchen.
The kind of crazy baking I used to do, it’s quite a surprise even to me that cheesecakes are something that was never tried before. With the abundance of berries here, it had to be this classic one first.
