Baking and cake decorating workshop by Rupa

The baked goodies shared by my student who recently attended whipped cream workshop with me. This was her 1st try after she went back home..and it makes me a proud and happy mentor :)

2days one and one class on real cake. Completely hands on fondant class with lots of technical details.

Two days of private workshop in advance level Freshcream cakes. Baking, torte, whipping cream to various consistency appropriate for filling, frosting, sharp edge , smooth finishing, piping, making flowers, using nozzles, dwelling cake , gumpaste flowers, fondant figuring air brushing and lots of other tips .
