The building opens up once you walk in and responds completely to the massive contour/drop which offers spectacular views of the valley.

MAIA Pelican Grove, shot recently, is one of those rare projects in Bangalore that was designed to seamlessly connect with the beautiful Jakkur Lake.
While the lower levels integrate with the Greens that are in abundance, the Terraces offer a spectacular view of the vast horizon.

The amenities on the Sky Deck/Terraces were planned with the lake as a backdrop and a palette that was bold, crafted, and seamless.
