Mr.Ramireddy Pratap Kumar Reddy has been working towards making lives for them easy so

dia. Early Years:
Mr.Ramireddy Pratap Kumar Reddy is born on 04 June 1964 in the family of Sri.Ramireddy
Subbarami Reddy and Smt.Shivaravamma, an agriculturist in the old town of Kavali, Nellore Dt,
AP. Later on he went to
Jawahar Bharathi College, Kavali, to do his Intermediate education. He was awarded the
exemplary sportsman award during his days at Jawahar Bharathi as he represented his college in
various state level competitions winning many medals for the college. After his 2 year education
at Jawahar Bharathi, as there were very few colleges offering professional courses like
engineering in Nellore, He moved to Madras, now Chennai, to continue his search for
knowledge. He passed out the AMIE (Associate Member of Indian Engineers) in Civil
Engineering in the year 1986 with flying colors. Again at Chennai too he showed that he also
excels in sports by winning most medals in High Jump, Pole Vault and 400m running. Professional Life:
After completing his education he became an entrepreneur to serve the defense personnel in
Bangalore. He started his career as a Contractor for the Military Engineering Services, serving
the most respected department in India. Though this gave him good satisfaction, His thirst to
provide more employment for the poor led him into the construction business. Ramireddy Pratap Kumar Reddy had made a mark with his engineering knowledge and a wish to
provide employment was possible. He is now a successful builder with at least 500 employees
working with him. As years went by in his successful professional career he was fascinated towards his social
responsibility towards the very society which gave him a chance to excel. He joined the Lions
Club of Bangalore, East and served in various capacities. As a proactive Lion he has conducted
various Blood Donation camps, across Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. He was awarded the best social service person for his service for the Red Cross Society from His Excellency, The
Governor of Andhra Pradesh in June 2010. He is also awarded with Melvin Jones Fellow (MJF)
by Lions Club International for his service towards poverty alleviation in the areas of rural
Bangalore. Though he became successful in life, he did not forget the difficulties he faced to pursue his
professional education in Madras for the lack of engineering education in Kavali. This made him
to start the RSR Engineering College in the rural area Kadanuthala for the benefit of the rural
students. He is serving the underprivileged with free education in his college long before the
RTE act was framed. He has also placed many of these bright young students into various
companies across the spectrum from Consulting, Software, Manufacturing and Engineering
Services with all his professional networking. To further enhance the foundation of these rural
underprivileged children he has started the RSR International School, which only a very few
urban Indians can boast of. His service is not only limited to education in the rural areas, but he is also actively serving the
population of Kavali though various schemes one of which is the Free Drinking Water Supply. All these service activities are done under the banner of RSR Educational Trust.
