I’ve had the privilege of being a for over 15 years now and every project that comes my way brings a unique challenge.
But none have been as challenging as this, where I had to do 11 character voices, each with its own tone, timbre, character arc and emotional baggage.
Thank God for my home studio and for retakes. Contrary to popular belief voice acting is not a breeze just reading through a script once. As with any craft it takes countless hours and effort to get just the right takes.

From growing up listening to this on a cassette.. to seeing them perform it Live last week.. to performing it myself with last night.. Gotta love the journey and my job!

I had the rare privilege of jamming with Dave aboard the cruise-liner, heading to the Bahamas.
Dave has been playing aboard cruises for over 35 years and I along with many others on the ship were completely taken in by his sheer talent and entertainment. I could only hope to be half as good as him when I’m his age, if I am in fact still doing what I love to do then. I learned so much from him in those couple of days just watching him perform and spending some quality time with him, understanding how the music business works around the world.
And Dave was of course gracious enough to share his years of wisdom and let me jam with him across those 3 days on the cruise. What a blast we had! Until next time.. wherever the seas may take us and destiny allows our paths to cross.. keep singing Your Song Sir!
