My First Draft

We all go through this once or many times in life, could be different reasons but the pain we feel is equal, that cannot be defined in measures that I felt more and you felt less, some of us build our strength to survive through it and some end up their lives, the idea behind this post is to spread awareness, we sometimes don’t realise why are we feeling low, we constantly struggle but we don’t talk about it and I guess communication is the key it have it stopped or May be decrease, if you feel this, raise your hands and let’s unite together for each other.
