A caramel crunch birthday cake, with butterscotch praline and dunked in caramel cream.

A Rasamalai cake..was very skeptical how the flavors will turn out when assembled. My worry was in vain. The client was happy,so so happy, since she is a Rasamalai fan. A vanilla sponged soaked in thick rasmalai milk syrup, pure elaichi pista creamcheese n lots of pistachios.
