As a part of the accelerated nationwide cleanliness campaign , to reinforce Swachh Bharat Mission and mobilise people into providing sustainable sanitation services for all citizens, the Department of Community Medicine, Ramaiah Medical College, participated in the cleaning campaign at Mathikere UPHC (Urban field practice area), Bengaluru.

Day-4 of the 2023 , along with the awareness program, complementary food cooking competition was organised at Muneshwara urban slum area , and prize distribution was held for the winners by Dr.Suman G & team.
Simultaneously awareness programs were held at Kendanalli village,Kaiwara & Dandiganahalli village, Avathi (Rural field practice areas).
