Creating a Safe & Inclusive Workplace: POSH Awareness Training at Ubona
At Ubona Technologies, we are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment for all employees. As part of this commitment, we conducted POSH Awareness Training for all employees and POSH Committee Members to strengthen our understanding of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) Act, 2013.
The session was expertly led by Koeli Mandal, who provided valuable insights into the nitty-gritty of the PoSH Act, workplace gender sensitization, equality, awareness, and action. Through interactive discussions, employees gained a deeper understanding of their rights, responsibilities, and the importance of fostering a harassment-free workplace.
