What a privilege and honour to have spent the evening with the most generous, present, playful group in Tassawur-e-Tanhai, a reflection on loneliness. I’m so thankful for the images that brought us all closer to homes lost, yearned for and carried within. My loneliness felt held gently, and my solitude properly hugged ✨🫰🏼

Ah Wednesdays! They mark interims, interruptions, interludes. Little pockets of time every week that bring us closer to the middle. Act 2 with the plot twist. Or just a quiet turning inward to the silence in between notes which makes a melody what it is.
I’ve always felt more settled in these middle spaces than anywhere else. It’s a wonderful pause in a process, a time to slow down between knowing where one began and not knowing where on might go. To notice simply where one is

And so, I’m beginning this practice of writing Haikus from the liminality of Wednesdays.

And now I must welcome the sensations of having another part of me nurtured, of having my words be invited into this beautiful conversation about the storms we welcome in ourselves to do the work we hope to do.
