Total jaw joint replacement ( TMJ Reconstruction )

This young lady visited us for jaw joint replacement and teeth replacement. She had undergone major facial surgery , Part of her lower jaw was removed due to tumor and part of jaw was reconstructed with bone taken from her leg ( free tissue transfer vascular Free fibula flap )

We worked on her with the help of 3D planning designed custom made total temperomandibular joint, as planned in first stage we reconstructed her joint along with provision for teeth replacement
.
After 2 months of surgery second stage teeth replacement was done . Today she received her full set of fixed teeth with pretty decent facial appearance .

All these year she was on liquid diet now with full set of teeth she will have her food.

Thanks to advanced Technology in restoring facial appearance and function .
