Hey all, we are looking for people to join the team.

1. We need someone for a short term 6 month contract (could be longer). Must be located in US & have a Greencard or be US citizen for this.

2. We need a 3-4 contractors (Jr + Sr level) with Azure exp to work Full-Time with a major tech client. You must be open to onsite work in Arizona if they open their offices but for now work is all remote due to Covid. Contract would be for 12 months with a potential to turn to FT Hire with our client. Open to Sponsorships.

Job Responsibilities include:
- Provide remote and onsite technical support.
- Answer and resolve technical support calls to our Help Desk.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software related IT issues.
- Prepare and install computers in a Windows domain.
- Deploy and troubleshoot local and network printers.
- Manage Active Directory user accounts and Exchange mailboxes.
- Manage Office 365 hosted Exchange environments.
- Experience with VMWare Server Management
- Work with outside vendors to assist in supporting their systems within our customers’ environments.Enter and track work using a ticketing system.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for communicating with our clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications
- Comp TIA A+ Certification
- Minimum two (2) years of working experience with an emphasis on PC support in a Microsoft environment
- Strong technical acumen and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of IT systems including but not limited to Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Windows 7/10, Office 365
- A vehicle to travel within New York City, Long Island & Westchester areas
- Must be able to lift and carry objects of up to 50 lbs

Preferred Skills
- Network+ Certification
- Experience with Cisco Routers
- Understanding of HIPAA law
- Experience with Dental/Medical office software like Dentrix , Practiceworks, EX Dental , Lighthouse, Bluenote
- Experience with MACBA/BS, preferably in computer science, information technology, or a related field.Interest in cloud platforms like AWS, Google, Azure

Location
- Position is Remote - Work from home except when required to visit clients onsite.
