One of the things I’ve become more passionate about lately is helping people understand that conscious living isn’t just about how you think…
It’s also about how you eat.How you gather. How you nourish yourself. How you connect.
That’s why I’m excited to share that Rebecca .wellness and I are collaborating on something really special this summer.
We’re creating experiences that combine:
✨ plant-forward food
✨ mocktails
✨ mindfulness
✨ meaningful conversations
✨ connection
✨ sunset gatherings
✨ and practical ways to bring more consciousness into everyday life
Not as another lecture…but as something fun, beautiful, experiential, and real.
Because food is fuel…and so are your thoughts.
We’ll be hosting intimate gatherings at Maison Victoria where people can learn easy healthy snacks, create delicious mocktails, breathe, connect, laugh, and simply slow down enough to enjoy life again.
The vision is bigger than food.
It’s about creating community.Raising awareness. And reminding people that wellness can feel joyful, grounded, delicious, and deeply human.
This is just the beginning.
“Snacks, Sips & Sunset” is coming soon. 🌅
One of my favorite things to do in the summer is roast peppers slowly over an open flame.
Not just because they taste incredible…
But because it reminds me that transformation almost always requires heat.
The fire softens them.
Brings out their sweetness.
Makes them easier to digest.
And turns something simple into something deeply nourishing.
I’ll use these roasted peppers for sauces, coulis, spreads, dips, and meals throughout the week.
A simple way to create food that lasts…
instead of constantly reacting to what to eat next.
And there’s something deeper in that.
Most people approach food reactively.
Cravings.
Convenience.
Emotional escape.
Temporary stimulation.
But conscious eating is different.
It’s proactive.
You slow down.
Prepare with intention.
Think ahead.
Nourish your future self.
Even the pepper itself teaches us something.
Peppers are loaded with vitamin C, antioxidants, fiber, and compounds that help reduce inflammation and support the immune system.
The brighter the color…
the more life force they tend to carry.
Nature is intelligent that way.
But food doesn’t just affect the body.
It affects your state of being.
Your clarity.
Your emotional stability.
Your energy.
Your capacity to pause instead of react.
Everything is connected.
The way you prepare food…
is often the way you prepare your life.
Rushed.
Distracted.
Reactive.
Or intentional.
Present.
Alive.
Maybe consciousness isn’t only built in meditation.
Maybe it’s also built while standing in front of a grill…
watching fire transform something ordinary into something beautiful.

Mother’s Day hits differently when you’re a father raising a daughter.
Victoria has two dads.
So there are moments where I’ve had to step into roles that society usually associates with a mother… the nurturing, the comforting, the emotional holding, the softness, the listening, the reassurance, the unconditional presence.
And because of that…
My admiration for mothers has deepened in ways I never could have understood before.
To carry the emotional weight…
To constantly think about someone else before yourself…
To love through exhaustion…
To hold space even when you’re overwhelmed…
That’s real strength.
Motherhood is one of the purest expressions of giving.
So today, I just want to honor all the mothers out there.
The ones who show up every day.
The ones doing their best.
The ones loving through challenges nobody sees.
What you do matters more than words can express.
Happy Mother’s Day. ❤️

One of the things I look forward to every summer in Michigan…
is going to the farmers market.
There’s something grounding about it.
The colors.
The freshness.
The conversations with local farmers.
The feeling of slowing down and becoming intentional about what you put into your body.
Most people don’t realize this…
But the way we eat has a powerful impact on our inner world.
Food is not just calories.
It’s chemistry.
It’s energy.
It’s information for the body and nervous system.
This is one of the reasons I’ve started incorporating conversations around fresh food into the inner work I do with clients.
Because inner work is not just psychological or spiritual.
It’s physiological too.
You can meditate, journal, breathe, and do all the mindset work in the world…
But if your nervous system is constantly inflamed, overstimulated, exhausted, and dysregulated from what you repeatedly consume, it becomes much harder to stay present, emotionally balanced, and connected to yourself.
I’ve noticed something powerful:
When people begin eating more consciously…
they often begin living more consciously.
They become less reactive.
More aware.
More intentional.
More connected to their bodies.
More connected to the present moment.
Even the act of walking through a farmers market can become inner work.
You slow down.
You become mindful.
You reconnect to nature.
You start asking better questions:
“How do I want to nourish myself?”
“What kind of energy do I want to carry?”
“Am I consuming things that bring me more aliveness… or more numbness?”
To me, healing is not just about changing your thoughts.
It’s about changing your relationship with yourself.
And sometimes that transformation begins with something as simple as choosing food with more life in it.
I’m also excited about some upcoming collaborations with Rebecca .wellness around plant-forward nutrition and conscious living that feel deeply aligned with this work.

Your body is smarter than most people realize.
When you eat something that doesn’t belong in your system…
your body doesn’t try to hold on to it.
It tries to move it out.
Fast.
Nausea.
Bloating.
Diarrhea.
Cramping.
Those reactions are not punishment.
They’re intelligence.
Your body is constantly trying to restore balance.
Now look at what happens emotionally.
When sadness, anger, anxiety, grief, or fear arise…
most people immediately try to suppress it, distract themselves, numb it, analyze it, or escape it.
But emotions are not just “mental.”
They are physiological experiences.
Your heart rate changes.
Your breathing changes.
Your muscles tighten.
Stress hormones activate.
Your nervous system is responding in real time.
And just like the body processes physical stress…
the nervous system is designed to process emotional stress too.
The problem is not that emotions arise.
The problem is that most people interrupt the process.
They resist what they feel.
And what you resist tends to persist.
Science now shows that chronic emotional suppression increases stress on the nervous system and body.
Not because emotions are bad…
but because the body was never designed to carry unresolved emotional tension indefinitely.
This is why true healing is not suppression.
It’s learning how to safely process, feel, and integrate what arises without becoming trapped in the story around it.
Your emotions are not trying to destroy you.
They are signals.
Messages.
Energy asking to be acknowledged, processed, and resolved.
Your body wants balance.
Your nervous system wants balance.
Life is constantly trying to move you back into alignment.
The question is:
Are you cooperating with that process…
or fighting it?

A powerful testimonial from Saskia after going through the Inner Freedom Method group coaching program.
The Inner Freedom Method is not about becoming someone else.
It’s about removing everything that’s been keeping you disconnected from who you truly are.
This work teaches people how to stop living trapped in reaction, blame, fear, anxiety, and old stories… and start living with more awareness, presence, surrender, and inner peace.
Watching people transform from emotionally overwhelmed and stuck… to becoming more conscious, grounded, proactive, and free… is why I do this work.
This is not just information.
It’s something you live.
And when people truly do the work…
their entire experience of life changes.

Faith in the Creator… in God… didn’t come to me easily.
It was built in the moments
where life wasn’t going my way…
where I had to let go of control…
and stop fighting reality.
I didn’t find faith in the good times.
I found it when I had no other choice but to surrender.
And I can tell you this now…
It’s the most powerful thing I’ve ever developed.
Because that’s where true freedom lives.
Most people say they want more faith.
But what they really want…
is certainty that life will go their way.
That’s not faith.
That’s control in disguise.
Faith begins the moment you trust…
even when nothing makes sense.
Not because you understand it.
But because you choose to see it differently.
There were moments where I had no answers.
Just a choice:
Resist… or trust.
And that’s when this became real for me.
In Kabbalah, it says:
The greater the obstacle… the greater the hidden light.
So I stopped asking:
“Why is this happening to me?”
And started asking:
“What is this here to reveal in me?”
Prayer changed too.
It stopped being:
“Give me this…”
And became:
“Show me how to see this differently.”
“Help me respond instead of react.”
And here’s the truth most people avoid:
If your life doesn’t match your prayer…
your prayer isn’t real yet.
Faith isn’t about getting what you want.
It’s about becoming someone who trusts…
no matter what shows up.
Because when you truly surrender…
You stop fighting life.
And that’s when life starts working with you.

There’s something about this moment that I didn’t expect to impact me the way it did.
Two separate friends… two beautiful flower arrangements… both given from the heart.
And as I sat in my coaching sessions on Zoom, guiding people through their own breakthroughs… those flowers were right there in front of me.
Not just as decoration.
As a reminder.
A reminder of connection.
A reminder of thoughtfulness.
A reminder that energy is real.
Every time I looked up… I felt it.
Presence.
Gratitude.
Support.
And it shifted something in me.
Not in a loud, dramatic way…
but in a subtle, powerful way that changes how you show up.
More open.
More grounded.
More giving.
And it made me realize something most people overlook:
What you give doesn’t just land once.
It keeps giving.
A simple gesture…
a moment of thoughtfulness…
can ripple into conversations, into energy, into how someone shows up for others.
That’s the beauty of sharing.
You’re never just giving to one person.
You’re giving to everyone they touch after that.
So if you’ve been thinking about reaching out…
about giving…
about showing someone you care…
Do it.
You have no idea how far it will go.

Most people expect life to feel like a straight line.
Clear path.
Steady progress.
No surprises.
That’s the expectation.
But that’s not how life works.
Life is not a straight line… it’s initiation.
It’s the dips that expose your fear.
The uncertainty that reveals your need for control.
The obstacles that show you where you’re still reactive.
And here’s what most people miss:
The path is not there to test your ability to move forward.
It’s there to transform who you are as you move through it.
Because two people can walk the same “messy” path…
One becomes stronger, wiser, more grounded.
The other becomes more frustrated, more fearful, more reactive.
Same path.
Different level of consciousness.
Different experience.
That’s the work.
Not fixing the path…
but mastering your response to it.
Because the goal was never just to reach the flag.
It’s to become the person who can walk any terrain…
and still remain grounded, certain, and at peace.
That’s when life stops feeling like something happening to you…
…and becomes something happening through you.
28/04/2026
If someone lacks trust…
it’s usually not because trust is missing.
It’s because trust isn’t being given.
And most people misunderstand what that means.
They think trust is something you wait to feel…
after people prove themselves…
after life gives you certainty.
But from this lens:
Trust is something you extend first.
Not blindly.
Not recklessly.
But consciously.
Because if you never give trust…
you never experience it.
You keep looking for evidence…
while simultaneously withholding the very thing you’re trying to find.
So of course it feels like it’s not there.
But here’s where people get it wrong:
Giving trust does not mean trusting everything and everyone.
That’s not wisdom.
It means:
Trusting yourself to handle outcomes
Trusting your ability to respond, not react
Trusting that whatever shows up can be used for your growth
That’s the foundation.
Because without self-trust…
external trust will always feel unsafe.
So if trust feels lacking in your life…
Don’t start by asking:
“Who can I trust?”
Start with:
“Where am I withholding trust… and why?”
Are you withholding it from others?
From life?
Or from yourself?
Then practice giving it in small, grounded ways:
Speak honestly when it’s uncomfortable.
Follow through on what you say.
Let go of controlling every outcome.
Take a step without needing full certainty.
Each time you do that…
You’re not hoping trust appears.
You’re generating it.
Because trust, like everything else,
is not something you find.
It’s something you practice into reality.
And the more you give it, wisely, consciously,
The more life has no choice…
but to reflect it back.
26/04/2026
Most people are trying to get back to joy.
But they go about it the wrong way.
They try to bypass everything that doesn’t feel like it.
They fight sadness.
They suppress anger.
They avoid anxiety.
As if those emotions are mistakes.
They’re not.
Joy is the mothership.
It’s not something you chase.
It’s what remains when everything in the way is allowed to clear.
And what’s in the way…
is everything you’re unwilling to feel.
Whenever you feel sad… upset… anxious… angry…
That’s not a problem.
That’s a doorway.
But only if you stop doing what most people do:
Resist it.
Analyze it.
Attach to the story.
The story is what keeps you stuck.
The emotion is just energy moving through your body.
One is mental.
One is physical.
Most people stay trapped because they keep feeding the mind
instead of freeing the body.
So here’s the work.
When something comes up…
Don’t run.
Don’t fix.
Don’t explain it.
Feel it. Fully.
Drop the story.
Bring your attention into your body.
Breathe.
Stay with the sensation.
Let it move.
At first, it’s uncomfortable.
Because you’ve been trained to escape it.
But if you stay…
Something unexpected happens.
It dissolves.
Not because you forced it to…
But because you stopped holding it in place.
And what’s left… is lighter.
More open.
More present.
Closer to truth.
Closer to joy.
This is what most people don’t understand:
You don’t reach joy by avoiding other emotions.
You return to joy
by allowing every emotion to be fully felt and released.
Joy isn’t fragile.
It’s always there.
Underneath the resistance.
Underneath the stories.
Underneath everything you haven’t been willing to feel.
So the next time something hits you…
Don’t ask, “How do I get rid of this?”
Ask:
“Can I love this enough to feel it fully?”
Because on the other side of that…
is not just relief.
It’s a return.
To the mothership.
