Due to the recent heavy snowflall in District Shopian... it had become impracticable to perform the last rites of a deceased baby at his native district ie District Shopian ;the neonate male baby had been under treatment at JVC Bemina hospital for many days however unfortunately could not survive ... the DCPU Budgam facilitated the funeral procession of deceased kid who was burried in department owned graveyard functional in District Budgam...
May the deceased soul rest in peace ...
