Unsatisfied reply by Public Information Officer under Right to Information Act, 2005

Respondents Number-1 namely Ashok Kumar Saha (Elder brother), Legal heirs of deceased Respondent Number-2 namely Late Ram Kumar Shaw (brother), and Respondent Number 3 namely Rajiv Kumar Gupta(nephew) S/o Ashok Kumar Saha, Parmanent Address Late Laxmi Narayan Shaw, Sumitra Devi Katra, Ward Number-13(44), Munshi Bazar, Asansol-713301(West Bengal) द्वारा भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 14, 15, & 21 का उल्लंघन किया जा रहा है जो कानून के नजर में गलत है। इसलिए जल्द से जल्द न्याय के हित में महिला उत्पीड़न के विरुद्ध दोषियों के ऊपर कानूनी कार्यवाही होनी चाहिए। 🙏🙏
Prayer : Legal action should be taken against Domestic Violence that had been confessed by Appellate Authority under Right to Information Act, 2005 & District Judge Burdwan Vide his reply Date 24-02-2014 with Memo. 567(2)/11-10(RTI/Appeal) क्योंकि respondent number 1, legal Heirs of respondent number 2 (A, B & C ) और respondent number 3 द्वारा मानव अधिकार और मौलिक अधिकार का उलंघन किया जा रहा है। It is Bad in the Eye of Law.

Previously I was informed by Order of First Appellate Authority under R.T.I. Act, 2005 & Honb'le District Judge, Burdwan on Date 24-02-2014 with Memo. 567(2)/11-10(RTI/Appeal) but I am very sorry to say till date no legal action taken so far.
So please I/we want to know present status regarding Order date 24-02-2014 with Memo. 567(2)/11-10(RTI/Appeal) and Reminder Prayer for Legal action should be taken against the respondents on the above mentioned following Grounds with enclosed proof of documents that had been confessed by Appellate Authority under Right to Information Act, 2005 & Honb'le District Judge, Burdwan Vide his reply Date 24-02-2014 with Memo. 567(2)/11-10(RTI/Appeal) क्योंकि -
1) respondents द्वारा मुझसे विधि विरुद्ध मांग को पूरा करवाने के लिए प्रताड़ित और विवश करने के उद्देश्य से उत्पीड़िन करना,
2) मुझे अपनी जीविका के लिए रोजगार करने से रोकना,
3) मुझे मेरे भईया और भतीजा द्वारा illegal partition wall डालकर रोजगार करने में बाधा डालना,
4) respondents द्वारा मेरे उपार्जनों की हानि करना,
5) मेरे भईया भाभीजी,भतीजा और भतीजी द्वारा मुझे "No Objection" पेपर पर हस्ताक्षर करके घर से बाहर निकालने के लिए बाध्य करना,
6) आपराधिक वल पूर्वक मुझपर हमला करना,
7) मजिस्ट्रेट के इजाजत के बेगैर respondents (my brother and my nephew) Ashok Kumar Saha S/o लाते Narayan and बलपूर्वक हमारी joint property का उपभोग अकेले कर रहे है,

8) मेरे पिताजी द्वारा दिये गए स्वैच्छिक उपहार स्वरूप मेरे विवाह के लिए Marriage Money को respondents ( my brother's and nephew's and his family members) द्वारा छल और बल पूर्वक हड़प कर,आपराधिक अभित्रास करना, और मेरी विवाह न करवा कर, मुझे अपनी जीविका के लिए रोजगार करने में बाधा डालना, रोजगार करने से रोकना और विवश करना कानून के नज़र में गलत है

kyonki mere Bhaiya or bhatijas ( nephew's ) & others mujhse vidhi viruddh mang ko pura krwane me ayogy rhne ke karan badhy krne ke udeshya se utpidan kiya ja rha hai. It is bad in the Eye of Law"
It is further informed you that my brother Ashok Kumar Saha S/o Late Laxmi Narayan Shaw, Munshi Bazar, Asansol- 713301, Legal heirs of Late Ram Kumar Shaw and my nephew Rajib Kumar Gupta S/o Ashok Kumar Saha, manages everything legal and illegal what they want by paying bribe or whatever means for fullfil his wrong motive.
I am helpless. I need your assistance for Interest of JUSTICE.
