Timetable: 11 am - 5 pm

11 am-- Registration, welcome drink & 1 water bottle and settle

11:30- 1 pm-- Mud Bath, premium face mask, full body scrub, face, Head & neck acupressure

1-2 pm-- Organic, Healthy, Vegan Lunch cooked in Chulha (Mud Oven) & rest

2-3 pm-- Full Body Reflexology

3-3:30 pm-- Sound Healing

4-5 pm-- Garden fresh organic Herbs Tea, Post therapy session, sharing & closing

5 pm onwards beach sunset, explore the local market and me time *on your own*

Q: What is Mud Bathing?
A: Mud bathing is a Method of Nature therapy for its therapeutic properties. Mud bath is not a new trend but a part of ancient nature therapies. It comes under Naturopathy science. The experience works miraculously as a beauty, meditative, healing and overall holistic experience to your mind body & soul always crave for!

Q: What kind of Mud is used?
A: Our Magic Mud is our own recipe, which is not any soil (like garden soil or fuller soil) but mixtures contain various medicinal and natural filtered forms of clays, clean water, herbs & plant substances brought from different regions of the world. It is rich in vitamins and minerals not only for the skin but also great for your overall health.

Q: Is the mud changed after every person's use:
A: We do change the whole Mud from time to time. But it is not changed for every person! We use appx 300 kg Mud and 300 ltr water for every pool. It is not practical to change after every use. Our ingredients are medicinal, top quality & highly expensive. But we follow the professional filtering methods.

Q: How is the Mud sterilized?
A: The mud bath is filtered and sterilized in a professional manner. There are 10-12 measures our sanitization team follows to clean/ filter the mud & make sure there are no bacteria and germs. After all, the creators are highly experienced & qualified Naturopathy Experts.

Q: When to avoid Mud Bath?
A: If you have any fresh deep injury, bleeding, fever, menstruation cycles, severe knee problems, you will not be allowed inside the pool. But apply the mud outside. Also if you are very conscious about getting muddy/dirty & after reading all the provided information, still not sure, please don't come, it is not for conservative people and mud bath set up is rustic, natural (Goan style) & not fancy.
