Designed as a sequence of layered spaces, the residence unfolds through a verandah with patterned tiles that extends into a शांत sit-out patio.

A glass-lined staircase overlooks a courtyard light well, allowing natural light to filter deep into the heart of the home while maintaining visual connectivity across levels.

The kitchen island forms the social nucleus, integrating everyday dining into a functional, interactive space. Each bedroom is thoughtfully curated to reflect the personality of its occupant.

Defined by rough stone cladding and a sloping roof, the architecture gains a strong material and visual identity. The attic, conceived as an additional volume, opens onto a terrace with a fireplace.

The furniture is entirely bespoke, crafted by Studio Vyom, a subsidiary of IDEA Designers — bringing together architecture, interiors, and client vision into a cohesive whole.

This residence in the heart of Amritsar stands as a statement of refined modernism — where hues of grey meet the warmth of wood. The façade is defined by solid chiseled granite, stone-textured tiles, and bold MS sections, crafting sharp lines and balanced cantilevers that give the structure its striking poise.

The main door, inspired by the radiance of the sun, unfolds in a delicate mother-of-pearl design, setting the tone for the understated luxury within. As you step inside, the atmosphere exudes calm elegance — from the grey marble flooring to the white textured courtyard wall accentuated by sculptural staircases, curated wall art, and mood lighting.

Each element contributes to an aura of timeless sophistication — with luxurious wardrobes, expansive baths in unique palettes, and classy bedrooms that complete this tranquil yet grand abode.

Located in the heart of Amritsar, this 655 sq. yd. residence exemplifies modern luxury through precision in design and material selection.

The facade, articulated in warm wood and muted greys, is elevated by the subtle elegance of white travertine tiles from Stonelam, striking the perfect balance of tone and texture. Inside, a double-height lobby welcomes with white marble flooring and curated interiors, leading to a landscaped courtyard where stone-clad walls and floating stairs create a unique spatial experience.

On the first floor, the richness of dark grey patterned Italian marble contrasts the calm undertones of the ground level, while the kitchen finished in imported white granite adds a distinct layer of sophistication.

Our upcoming luxury villa showcases a refined material palette of beige stone, rich wood, and expansive glass. Clean rectilinear forms and full-height glazing create a striking modern facade, while the warm textures and soft landscaping foster a serene, harmonious living environment.
