1, നഗര പ്രദേശങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും മാറിയതും നല്ല പച്ചപ്പുള്ളകാടിന്റെയോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ വലിയൊരു തോട്ടത്തിന്റെയോ മധ്യത്തിലായി നിലകൊള്ളുന്ന രീതിയിലുള്ള ഒരു ബംഗ്ലാവാണ് ആവശ്യമുള്ളത്.

2, നല്ല സ്ഥല സൗകര്യമുള്ള പരിസരവും, മതിൽക്കെട്ടും കൂടിയുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ വളരെ ഉത്തമം.
