दुनिया के नामी होटल ब्रांड्स में शामिल ताज ग्रुप जल्दी ही अलवर में भी अपना 170 कमरों का प्रीमियम होटल शुरु करेगा।

दुनिया के नामी होटल ब्रांड्स में शामिल ताज ग्रुप जल्दी ही अलवर में भी अपना 170 कमरों का प्रीमियम होटल शुरु करेगा। सिलीसेढ़ के पास गरवाजी रोड पर इसकी साइट के लिए ग्रुप ने हाल ही एमओयू साइन किया है। यह अलवर का पहला फाइव स्टार होटल होगा और ताज ग्रुप 2022 तक इसे शुरु करने वाला है। ताज ब्रांड की संचालक इंडियन होटल्स कंपनी लिमिटेड (आईएच सीएल) ने इसके लिए अलवर में वनिस्ता नेचर प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के साथ एमओयू किया है। वनिस्ता नेचर पहले से यहां रिसॉर्ट चला रहा है। अलवर का ताज होटल राजस्थान में कंपनी का 12वां होटल होगा। ताज ग्रुप ने 1970 में राजस्थान के उदयपुर में द लेक पैलेस नाम से पहला होटल शुरु किया था। अब अलवर में नए ग्रीनफील्ड कंसेप्ट के साथ ताज ग्रुप अपने प्रीमियम होटल की शुरुआत करने जा रहा है। करीब 18 एकड़ में बनने वाले होटल की प्लानिंग शुरु हो गई है। कई तरह की बिजनेस औपचारिकताओं के बाद इसका कार्य पूरा होने में करीब तीन साल का वक्त लग सकता है।

अरावली की वादियों में राजसी शानो- शौकत वाले महंगे कमरों का होगा होटल

अलवर शहर से करीब 10 किमी दूर सिलीसेढ़ लेक के पीछे होकर गरवाजी झरने की तरफ जाने वाला मार्ग पर होटल की साइट फाइनल की गई है। आईएच सीएल के सीईओ पवन चटवाल के मुताबिक इसमें 170 लक्जरी शानो शौकत वाले कमरे होंगे। ताज ब्रांड के 50 प्रीमियम विला और बैंक्वेट्स भी होंगे, जिनमें बड़ी बैठक-समारोह के डाइनिंग की सुविधा उपलब्ध होगी। इसके साथ वैलनेस और मनोरंजन जोन होंगे। होटल बिजनेस क्लास और पर्यटकों को रास आने वाली तमाम सुविधाओं और साज-सज्जा लिए होगा।

स्थानीय लोगों को मिल सकता है रोजगार

ताज ब्रांड के होटल्स दरअसल टाटा ग्रुप की होटल चेन है और एशिया में सबसे प्रतिष्ठित मानी जाती है। अलवर में ताज होटल के लिए टाई-अप करने वाली कंपनी वनिस्ता नेचर के निदेश प्रदीप देसवाल का कहना है कि इतने बड़े ब्रांड के आने से यहां पर्यटन को बूम तो मिलेगा ही, साथ में होटल लाइन में रोजगार के बड़े अवसर मिलेंगे। अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर का यह पहला होटल अलवर को नई पहचान भी देगा। अभी तक इस स्तर के होटल की कमी पर्यटकों को खलती थी। उन्हें दिल्ली या जयपुर जाना पड़ता था।

चार महानगरों से नजदीकी, सरिस्का का प्राकृतिक सौंदर्य है आकर्षण : सरिस्का में बाघों के पुनर्वास के बाद यहां पर्यटन में लगातार आ रहा बूम और दिल्ली, जयपुर, गुड़गांव व आगरा से नजदीकी अलवर में बड़े होटल ग्रुप्स को आकर्षित कर रही है। मेट्रो शहरों की भागमभाग से सुकून पाने के लिए पर्यटक और बिजनेस क्लास के लोग अरावली की वादियों में सरिस्का, सिलीसेढ़, अजबगढ़-भानगढ़ व बाला किला की तरफ आकर्षित हो रहे हैं। घरेलू पर्यटकों के ट्रैफिक बेहतर रोड कनेक्टिविटी से और बढ़ गया है। हाल ही अलवर में लेमन ट्री ग्रुप अपना पहला होटल शुरु किया। अब सरस डेयरी के पास लेमन ट्री ग्रुप का ही दूसरा होटल रेड फॉक्स खुलने जा रहा है। इसका भी काम चल रहा है।

ALWAR CITY PALACE
Built in 1793 AD by Raja Bakhtawar Singh, the City Palace is an amazing mélange of the Rajputana and Islamic styles of architecture. The highlight of this palace are graceful marble pavilions set on lotus flower bases in the central courtyard. The palace that once belonged to the Maharaja has been converted into the District Collectorate. Its grand halls and chambers now house government offices.

Bala Qila
The Bala Qila (young fort) was built on the foundations of a 10th century mud fort and is a towering structure set atop a hill. Strong fortifications, graceful marble columns and delicate latticed balconies make up the fort. Bala Qila can be entered through six gates, namely Jai Pol, Suraj Pol, Laxman Pol, Chand Pol, Krishan Pol and Andheri Gate.
