गांव में रामायण पाठ के समापन के बाद परिवार के सभी सदस्यों के साथ मंदिर जाना एक विशेष अनुभव था। मंदिर की शांति और आध्यात्मिक वातावरण ने मन को सुकून और आनंद से भर दिया। सभी ने मिलकर भगवान का आशीर्वाद लिया और रामायण पाठ की सफलता के लिए कृतज्ञता प्रकट की। यह पल परिवार के सामूहिक प्रेम और गांव की सांस्कृतिक परंपराओं को जीवंत बनाए रखने का प्रतीक था।

Type 3 Diabetes..

The term “Type 3 Diabetes” reflects the fact that Alzheimer’s disease (AD) represents a form of diabetes that selectively involves the brain and has molecular and biochemical features that overlap with both type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus.

The characteristic molecular, and biochemical abnormalities associated with AD includes cell loss, increased activation of prodeath genes and signaling pathways, impaired carbohydrate metabolism, chronic oxidative stress, and DNA damage etc.

Currently, there is a rapid growth in the literature pointing toward insulin deficiency and insulin resistance as mediators of AD-type neurodegeneration, but this surge of new information is riddled with conflicting and unresolved concepts regarding the potential contributions of type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity to AD pathogenesis. However, extensive disturbances in brain insulin signaling could account for the majority of molecular and biochemical lesions in AD.
